Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please read these policies before considering returning your purchase:

• Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Products returned must by unopened or unused.

• A full refund will be issued, less shipping charges.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

• Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

• All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued. The final refund amount will be determined based upon the return inspection. For example, damages to the product could result in a deduction.

• If you are not feeling positive results from doing Foundation Training, and you are doing it at least 3 times a week, we’d like to hear from you.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service Department directly so that a Return Authorization Number (RMA) can be created. Please include the RMA number with the product you’re returning.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refunded.

It is suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Foundation Training receives the package. Foundation Training is not responsible for packages lost during the return shipping process.

Foundation Training Customer Service reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in the following return guarantees have not been met.

Order FAQ’s

Can I modify my order?

We are unable to modify or cancel an existing order. Most orders placed with Foundation Training enter the shipping process immediately so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.

Can I pay by check?

No. We do not accept check payments at this time.

Can I order by phone?

No. We are not accepting phone orders at this time.

When will I receive my order?

Typically, you can expect to receive your shipment within 7-10 business days. If you choose a faster shipping method, your order will be delivered quicker than 7-10 business days. International shipment times vary depending on location.

What is the status of my order?

After your checkout process is complete you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. If you ordered any digital downloads or virtual products, you will be given access right away and any links will also be emailed with your receipt.

Once your order is shipped you will receive another email letting you know the tracking number. If you do not receive an email notification after ordering, your order was not successful or the email you entered was incorrect. Please contact us and we’ll help you confirm your order status.

What if I don't receive my order?

E-mail us your shipping information and your order number, and we’ll contact you after we’ve checked with our mail providers to find out the cause of the delay.

What if I received the wrong item?

All orders are verified in our system prior to shipping, but on rare occasion mistakes do happen. If your order is incorrect in any way, please contact us, and we’ll correct your order immediately.

Can I return any items I purchased?

Please see our return and refund policies at the top of the page.

What happens if my password doesn't work?

If you have a problem with your password, e-mail us, and we’ll be glad to assign you a new one.

Shipping FAQ’s

Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

You will be prompted to select a shipping speed during the checkout process. Please select the option that meets your needs. We use USPS to ship all orders.

Will my order be shipped the same day?

We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays) after 2pm PST. If you order by 2pm PST on those days it will go out the same day, otherwise it will ship on the next shipping day.

If an order is placed on hold for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders will remain on hold until confirmation of pending information is received.

Digital Download FAQ’s

Can I download the DVD directly to my mobile device?

Our DVD Digital Download plays great on mobile devices, however, there are a few things to know before you begin your download. The download is a Zip file of compressed video files. Because most mobile devices cannot handle this type of file it needs to be downloaded to your computer first. After the video files have been extracted from the Zip file, they can then be transferred to your mobile device.

I am having trouble completing the download, what do I do?

Our downloads are hosted through Amazon and you have 5 attempts to download each file. Most of the time the speeds are sufficient to download the files successfully on the first try, but during peak hours they may drop and cause the download to fail. If this is happening, we recommend trying again later in the night when speeds are higher. We also recommend using Firefox or Safari to download because they have the ability to resume downloads if your connection drops for a short period without using more of your attempts. If you exceed your attempts send us an email and we can give you more.
