    Dr. Goodman:
    My pain management doctor recommends that I strengthen my Paraspinal Muscles. I would like to know if the Founder will do that for me. I sure hope it does. It is the first exercise that I have found that makes sense to me and doesn’t require laying on the floor.

      It strengthens the paraspinals and so much more, you should feel that instantly when in the position.

    Hi – I found your book through mercola and amazon, but I think visual demos are better for me… I am completely de-conditioned previous triathlete recovering from 15+ years of lyme disease – I was so happy to get my some of life energy back, that I went straight from the couch to the gym where within one week, I was completely injured…… all I did was use the arc trainer and a few weights – but my back, hamstrings sciatica, is in such spasm and I cant get it to stop – maybe your techniques will help – thank you from Lisa
