I’ve been told the only correction for me to not have pain is to have fusion surgery to correct grade 1 spondylosthesis. Is this true?

This is not true, but not everyone knows about Foundation yet. We have had plenty of success with clients getting pain free from Spondy’s worse than a Grade 1. I do recommend working with one of our instructors in the beginning to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly as well as adding some tweaks to them to better fit your needs.

    Eric you rock.
I found this video early last year and tried to do this foundation exercise every day.
While on a contract from April through October in 2013, I tried to get as many people as possible in the office to do this stretch every day at 11:30 am.
This sure supplements my yoga class, especially when I can’t make the class.
I just had a friend call me asking for the link to this stretch – he changed computers and lost the one I sent him.
When I am in agony with my sciatic, I try to do this 2x a day. It sure helps me and my horses love it when I can ride without pain.
Thank you for helping us strengthen our backs.
    Sali
